Therefore, in the life of every congregation of Christians, there should be occasions when we can survey our accomplishments, take inventory of ourselves, and make plans so that we can face the future with the confidence of knowing that we have laid our plans carefully.

Record Keeping

  • Why and how you need to keep minutes of your ministry's meetings.  Laws in some states specifically require that non-profit corporations keep and maintain minutes of their proceedings and complete books and records of accounts. Often in legal transactions such as borrowing money, selling real estate or securities, copies of the official action as recommended in minutes are required.
